Apex Etcetera is clothing created to influence others' creativity and/or productivity through any outlet they choose.

The name "Apex Etc." itself stands for reaching the highest point of expression and creativity in any outlet. 

("Apex" being the highest point and "Etc." being the various creative outlets.)
